The main purpose of CPCIL is to revitalize, modernize, and deliver the leadership development programs offered to members of Canada’s federal, provincial, and territorial park agencies—and others within the continuum of parks and protected areas.

From capstone projects, to communities of practice, to information sharing and training inventories, to providing opportunities to connect with colleagues across regions and jurisdictions, CPCIL programs are designed through a lens of transformative change.
