Monthly Operational Meeting

In order to support a collaborative exchange of ideas and information across Canada’s system of park organizations and agencies, a series of monthly CPC Operationally-focused meetings are being scheduled from May to September 2022. 

These meetings are your opportunity to share and exchange information, best practices and approaches to issues management with other executives representing park organizations across Canada.  A few of the areas identified for discussion in this series include: camping reservation trends, tourism forecasts, new visitor offerings, reservation launch systems and structures, and pandemic protocols. You and your teams will likely come up with many more topics!

Please feel free to extend the invitation to members of your team who would benefit from contributing and listening to these discussions. All are welcome!

These one hour, monthly MS Teams video calls will occur 1 p.m. ET, the second Thursday of every month. In advance of the meeting, you will be invited to forward questions to the CPC secretariat, Kathie.adare@pc.gc.ca , in order to build the Agenda based on your operational realities.
